We spend hours pacing up and down the beauty section eyeballing products, ointments and every other type of solution that’s supposed to help us maintain a radiant appearance and clear skin. Although we’ve tried a handful of products (and spent a pretty-penny doing so), nothing seems to do the trick. Maybe we’re not meant to be attractive, or maybe we’re just going about it the wrong way?
Truth be told, there’s only so much that manufactured products can do for us. After all, store products are designed to treat the immediate problem that we’re having, whether it be a pimple, a bruise or a mole. They’re not designed to attack the issue within our bodies, which is why they’ll never be as effective as we’d like them to be.
That being said, I firmly believe in the power of good nutrition. For me, the best way to maintain a healthy appearance is by living a healthy life. I’m constantly looking for natural foods and remedies that can treat the issue that I’m having.
Recently, I was walking through HEB as usual when I came across an amazing product that I just had to share with all of you.
As I was walking by the tea section in HEB, I spotted a product that said ‘Moringa Green Tea, Organic Superfood.’ Intrigued, I took the product off the shelf and started reading its nutritional information. Pleasantly surprised, I decided to take it home as I was already looking for a green tea product. It’s been four weeks since I first bought the product and let me just tell you how much of a blessing it has been!
For those of you who aren’t familiar with Moringa, here’s what you need to know.
Moringa, also known as Moringa Oleifera, is a highly valued super-plant that’s native to India and mostly cultivated in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world. The plant has earned the nickname ‘Miracle Tree’ because all its parts are filled with essential nutrients and used for medical purposes. In fact, Moringa has been used to treat a range of problems, such as skin infections, blackheads, asthma, blood impurities and so on. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-hypoglycemic and anti-cancer properties.

Honestly, I’m in love with the product. Even my brother, who follows an all-natural plant-based diet, has been drinking the tea with me. I can’t exactly attribute the benefits I’ve been experiencing to the tea itself since I have changed my diet quite a bit. However, the tea has definitely helped…. and it’s delicious!
